   Chernihiv IT Cluster, within the international UA_EU_CLUSTER 5.0 project (Ukraine × Portugal × Italy), invites Ukrainian digital and technology companies to take part in SIM Conference 2026 — one of the key events of the European startup ecosystem, taking place on 14–15 May 2026 in Porto, Portugal.

   This is an additional opportunity to engage in B2B meetings and the Open Innovation Lab with European partners, investors, and corporations.

What is SIM Conference?

SIM (Startups & Investment Matching) Conference is an international conference organised by Startup Portugal that creates a space for meaningful connections between founders, investors, corporations, and leaders of the European innovation ecosystem.

   Unlike traditional conferences, SIM is built around matchmaking and structured networking: participants don't just attend talks — they gain access to curated formats designed to move conversations from a first introduction to real collaboration.

• 190+ national and international speakers
• ~100 sessions

   The event takes place at the Alfândega do Porto Congress Centre, and in 2026 its thematic focus covers Energy, Defense, Gaming, Space Tech, Health, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Deep Tech.
