Community Day: “Chat Assistant: Case Studies from Practitioners” is over!

Community Day in April has already happened!🔥

On the last Tuesday of April, three professionals shared their experience of using chatbots in professional life.

1️⃣ Artem Fokin told how to create a chatbot using SendPulse service. He emphasized that this service allows you to quickly customize the bot, add functions according to business needs, and interact with customers in an automatic mode.

2️⃣ The second speaker, Oleksandr Rys, spoke about the use of chatbots for the educational platform Prometheus. He shared examples of how chatbots can be used to increase audience engagement in online courses, reduce team workload, and alert them to events, which helps ensure continuous operation and automate many processes.

3️⃣ At the end of the event, Oksana Sakva presented a report on how to use ChatGPT to the maximum. She shared the practical experience of the VV team: the Vivat Stationery and Librarium chain stores. They discussed in more detail the use of a chat assistant to optimize the processes of the marketing department.
Oksana also shared practical tips on how to use ChatGPT optimally, including working with scenarios, setting parameters, and interacting with interlocutors.

Of course, after the presentations, we held a networking event with pizza, where participants discussed and looked for practical solutions for their existing businesses.
