Yuliia Daineko
Chairman of the Board of Chernihiv.IT, founder of the local HR community, organizer of business events, COO of JEVERA. For more than 12 years, Yulia has been building and developing technology teams, implementing a culture of openness and trust as a basis for developing potential and achieving the best results of interaction.
She is convinced that the time will come when leadership will become the main feature that will distinguish people from artificial intelligence.
Vlad Nosovets
Coordinator of Chernihiv.IT, responsible for operations and communications. Vlad's priority is to develop partnerships between IT companies, businesses, educational institutions, and local governments to promote innovation and economic growth in the Chernihiv region. He is confident that by working together, Chernihiv will become an important center of the IT industry in Ukraine, where talented professionals can develop and reach new heights.
Olha Klymanska
Event coordinator at Chernihiv.IT and HR director at SendPulse. She is a master of networking, music lover, and just a super positive person. There are no tasks for her that cannot be realized.
Yevhenii Antonov
Ideological inspirer and active member of the Cluster, delivery manager at IT SmartFlex. He helps businesses change to effectively manage the development of IT products. He often inspires us to change as well.

Adept of PHP and Chernihiv.IT educational programs. Speaker at many specialized events, blogger and happy father. CTO & co-founder of the local startup Dots Platform.
Veronika Tarhonska
Manager of the Chernihiv.IT. She understands the Cluster's partners from the word go and is ready to offer interesting terms of cooperation at any time.

DevOps guru, speaker and organizer of educational programs at both the Cluster and various national and international events. Manager, build & release engineering at Percona.
