Panel discussion “Women in TENN: from stereotypes to leadership”
On the last Tuesday of the month, June 27, Community Day was held, where we discussed the topic
“Women in TECH: from stereotypes to leadership".
We had an interesting conversation about:
• stereotypes that girls have met on their way from university to today
• the phenomenon of women's leadership, and thus management
• how to be a mom in IT and how maternity leave is handled in the industry
• female programmers and the atmosphere in which they work
• the share of women in the industry, which is growing every year, as well as trends in female leadership
We thank Yulia Daineko, Olga Klymanskaya, Serafima Molchanova, and Yulia Bugay for their warm communication and support of the community. As always, we will meet on the last Tuesday of the month at the next Community Day!
